The control must be done with the machine or plant stopped and at room temperature. In the case in which the value of the preload has dropped below 10% of the initial value, it is necessary to intervene to restore it. If the preload is close to zero or zero, it is very likely that the inner bag will be damaged or broken. In this case, contact us for suggestions on how to proceed or agree to send the accumulator to us where, after a check, we will send an estimate to restore the damaged battery or replace it with a new one. If you have the equipment and / or experience we can send you the original spare parts to proceed with the review of the accumulator. for the disassembly of the accumulator it is advisable to install an element on the circuit that separates it from it. This is the purpose of the special DI series safety blocks.
