Hydraulic accumulators - Verifier/Inflator VGU
The VGU Verifier Kit is the tool for checking, increasing or decreasing the accumulator preload value. it is advisable to check the pressure every 6 months. The control must be done with the machine or plant stopped and at room temperature. In the case in which the value of the preload has dropped below 10% of the initial value, it is necessary to intervene to restore it. If the preload is close to zero or zero, it is very likely that the inner bag will be damaged or broken. In this case it is very advisable to contact us for suggestions on how to proceed or agree to send the accumulator to us.

From 2019 COMER is officially the Parker/Olaer Accumulators service center. Comer has all the appropriate equipment and large spare parts warehouse to perform checks on the preloads, internal bag replacements and interventions in general on the whole range of accumulators in production both Parker and Olaer.

- 2 manometers 0...25 bar and 0...250 bar
- Tube for connection to the nitrogen cylinder
- Adapters for nitrogen valves of most of accumulators type
- Gasket kit
